This service is designed to support you when your pet's international transport has already been arranged by another company, but you need assistance upon arrival in the destination country.
In those cases, we are there to receive them. Upon arrival at the airport, we handle the entry and customs procedures. Our role is to ensure that, from the very first moment on the ground, your pet is cared for and the country entry process is completed correctly.
If needed, the service can be complemented with a domestic transfer to the final destination, so the journey ends where it truly matters: at home.
