A family business, with its own team
Pet Cargo is a family business founded in 2016 that works with families. We have our own offices in Buenos Aires, Miami and Madrid, and the people who travel with pets are part of the Pet Cargo team — not an outsourced service.
Care for the animal, in person
In Accompanied Pet Transport, a Pet Cargo person travels on the same flight as your dog or cat, who flies in the cabin or in the hold depending on the case. Before departure they confirm boarding, at the layover they supervise the transfer, and on arrival they manage the handover.
Care in every detail
Before confirming anything, we look at the whole trip: the route, the airline, the crate, the season and your pet’s breed and age. Not every relocation needs accompanied transport, and we say so early — it avoids problems later.
Documents, worked out with you
Many families worry most about getting the paperwork wrong. We plan the documents and the timeline with you — microchip, vaccines, health certificates and their official endorsement — and, at destination, we handle the entry procedures.
